Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna in olive oil (drained)
  • 1/2 cup canned chickpeas (rinsed)
  • 1/2 cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 orange or clementine (peeled and segmented)
  • Olive oil & lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix tuna, chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, and orange in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
