  • White Ghirardelli melts
  • Red oil-based food coloring or red candy melts
  • Green oil-based food coloring or green candy melts
  • Dark Ghirardelli melts
  • Chocolate graham crackers
  • Marshmallow Fluff
  • Crushed candy canes or peppermint crunch

Instructions

  1. Melt half of the white chocolate according to the package directions. Divide it in two portions and tint one red and one green.
  2. Using piping bottles, pipe the red ornaments onto the tree design and place the mold in the fridge for a few minutes to set.
  3. Next, pipe the green garland, then chill again until firm.
  4. Melt the remaining white chocolate and pipe it to fill in the rest of the tree layer. Chill until fully set.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate. Add a layer to the mold, filling each cavity about halfway. Press a chocolate graham cracker square into the center. Pipe a swirl of Marshmallow Fluff, sprinkle with crushed candy canes, and add a second graham cracker on top, pressing gently.
  6. Cover with more melted dark chocolate, tapping the mold on the counter to release air bubbles. If any graham crackers pop up, lightly press them back down.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until completely set.
  8. Demold the s’mores and let them come to room temperature before serving for the best texture.
