Spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray and set it aside.
In a large pot, melt the butter and 1 bag of candy corn marshmallows of medium low heat. Be sure to stir frequently, so that the mixture doesn’t burn.
When it’s completely melted, remove it from the heat and stir in the Rice Krispies.
After it’s mixed evenly, stir in the white chocolate chips, candy corn (chopped smaller if desired), and 1/2 cup candy corn marshmallows. Mix until just combined.
Lightly press the mixture into the prepared pan. Let them set at room temperature for at least an hour. Cut and serve!
