Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 oz dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 6 large marshmallows
  • ⅓ cup crushed graham crackers

Optional for serving

  • Extra graham crackers
  • Vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and place the ramekins on a rimmed baking sheet. Spray them lightly with baking spray.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate together in a small pot over low heat, stirring until smooth. Let it cool for a few minutes so it’s not hot.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale and slightly thick. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture, then fold in the flour.
  4. Divide the batter evenly between the ramekins. Push one large marshmallow into the center of each one.
  5. Bake for about 12 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers are still soft and gooey.
  6. Top with crushed graham crackers and serve warm. Add vanilla ice cream if you want to make it extra fun.
