  • 1/3–  1/2 cup rotisserie chicken, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/4 cup guacamole (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup bite-size tortilla chips or whatever can fit in your container

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped rotisserie chicken into one section of the lunch container.
  2. In the next sections, add sour cream, shredded cheese, and guacamole.
  3. Add the tortilla chips to the final section, keeping them dry and separate from toppings.
  4. Seal and refrigerate until ready to pack! Send with a small spoon or fork for easy scooping.
