Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed Oreos (about 22 cookies)
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 box brownie mix (for an 8x8 pan), plus ingredients listed on the box
  • 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • Melted white chocolate, for drizzling
  • Extra rainbow sprinkles, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Pulse the Oreos in a food processor until finely crushed. In a bowl, stir the crumbs with melted butter and sugar until the texture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form your crust.
  2. Bake the crust for 8 minutes, then set aside to cool completely.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the brownie batter according to the directions on the box. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles.
  4. Pour the batter into the cooled crust and bake for 36–40 minutes, or until the center is just set. It should be slightly soft in the middle for that ultra-fudgy finish.
  5. Let the brownie pie cool fully. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and finish with a shower of rainbow sprinkles.
