Ingredients

  • Springform pan- I used a 9” square
  • Brownie mix + the ingredients listed on the box
  • Your favorite ice cream, softened
  • Cookies- I baked a chocolate chunk cookie mix in a 9” pan and crumbled it OR use store-bought
  • Your favorite toppings

Instructions

  1. Line the pan with parchment paper and spray with baking spray.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package, pour it into the 9” springform pan, bake according to the package, and let cool.
  3. Prepare the cookies according to the package and let cool and then crumble, or crumble the store-bought
  4. Add a layer of ice cream to the springform pan
  5. Press in the crumbled cookies
  6. Refreeze overnight
  7. Serve with hot fudge, sprinkles, or your desired toppings
