Brownie Sundae Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients
- Springform pan- I used a 9” square
- Brownie mix + the ingredients listed on the box
- Your favorite ice cream, softened
- Cookies- I baked a chocolate chunk cookie mix in a 9” pan and crumbled it OR use store-bought
- Your favorite toppings
Instructions
- Line the pan with parchment paper and spray with baking spray.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package, pour it into the 9” springform pan, bake according to the package, and let cool.
- Prepare the cookies according to the package and let cool and then crumble, or crumble the store-bought
- Add a layer of ice cream to the springform pan
- Press in the crumbled cookies
- Refreeze overnight
- Serve with hot fudge, sprinkles, or your desired toppings
