Ingredients

  • Brownie mix + the ingredients listed on the box
  • Premade chocolate chip cookie dough like this
  • Mini Chocolate Chips
  • Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream
  • Ice cream containers found here
  • Brookie Sundae Stickers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8 or 9″ square pan with baking spray.
  2. Make the brownie mix according to the package and spread into an even layer in the pan.
  3. Top with squares of cookie dough, staggering them over the batter.
  4. Bake according to the package and let cool. Mine baked at the longest suggested time.
  5. Chop the brookies into bite-sized pieces.
  6. In each container, layer a couple scoops of ice cream and then brookies. Top with more ice cream and chocolate chips. Freeze until ready to serve.
  7. If desired, label each container with a brookies sticker.
