Separate the biscuits and split each one in half horizontally to make 16 smaller rounds. Flatten slightly, then wrap each round around a meatball, pinching the seams to seal.
Place seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush the warm sliders with the seasoned butter.
