Ingredients

  • Brownie mix + the ingredients listed on the box
  • Birthday Cake cookie dough
  • Rainbow sprinkles- I use these

Instructions

  1. Make the brownies according to the package directions and stir in an extra 1/2 cup of rainbow sprinkles.
  2. Pour into a greased 9″ square pan
  3. Place the birthday cake cookie dough on top of the brownie batter, lightly pushing down
  4. Bake them according to the package but NOTE that mine bake longer, usually 5-10 minutes
  5. Serve warm or let them cool completely. For a chewier brookie, place them in the fridge for a few hours.
