Baked Spaghetti and Ravioli Casserole

  • 1 box 16 oz spaghetti
  • 1 package or frozen or fresh cheese ravioli
  • 1 jar of marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temp
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti and ravioli according to the package instructions and then set aside.
  2. In a medium pot, add the marinara sauce, milk, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Add the cream cheese and stir until fully melted then let it simmer on low for 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray a 13 x 9 dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. In a large bowl toss the cooked spaghetti with half of the sauce until it’s evenly coated.
  6. Add half of the spaghetti to the bottom of the dish. Layer the ravioli over the spaghetti.
  7. Pour the remaining sauce on top of the ravioli.
  8. Sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  9. Add the rest of the spaghetti and then top with the rest of the mozzarella and then the Parmesan cheese.
  10. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  11. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  12. Let it cool for a few minutes and then serve!
