Air Fryer Pork Chops with Gravy

For the Pork Chops:

  • 4 thin-cut boneless pork chops (about ½ inch thick)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

For the Gravy:

  • 1 packet mushroom gravy mix (or flavor of your choice)
  • 1 cup water (or as directed on the packet)
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. 1. Set the air fryer to 400°F and let it preheat for about 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Brush both sides of the pork chops with olive oil, then evenly coat with the seasoning mix.
  5. Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook at 400°F for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through. (Thinner chops may need less time, so check at 6 minutes.)
  7. • Remove and let them rest for a few minutes.

  9. • While the pork chops are cooking, prepare the gravy.
  10. • In a saucepan, whisk together the mushroom gravy mix with and milk.
  11. • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  12. • Stir in butter and remove it from the heat

  14. • Plate the pork chops and pour the warm mushroom gravy over the top.
